‘Revenge’ Recap: Conrad Kills [SPOILER] & David Clarke Is Back

Are you still wrapping your head around the April 27 episode of ‘Revenge’? We are too! Read on for the latest plot twists on the soapy drama.

The April 27 episode of Revenge delivered one shock after another. Emily’s (Emily VanCamp) quest for revenge entered dangerous new territory, Charlotte (Christa B. Allen) found herself in deep trouble and one character’s life ended in a bloody mess. And one mindblowing question resurfaced — could David Clarke (James Tupper) still be alive?

‘Revenge’ Recap: Love & Blackmail

Aiden (Barry Sloane) was concerned by Conrad’s (Henry Czerny) threat about Pascal (Olivier Martinez). Aiden agreed to “take care” of Pascal for Conrad. If not, Conrad was going to alert Pascal of Aiden’s whereabouts so that he could kill Aiden.

Victoria (Madeleine Stowe) realized that Emily had planned the wedding and the shooting on the boat to bring her down. Pascal offered to help, but Victoria didn’t want him involved. Victoria and Pascal were too happy and Pascal proposed! Victoria said yes and the couple was blissfully in love. (In the TV world, that happiness won’t last long. And it didn’t.)

Aiden went straight to Emily and Nolan (Gabriel Mann) to tell of Conrad’s blackmail. The trio agreed to take control of the situation with Pascal and the Graysons. As Pascal headed into the city, he was thrown into a car by Aiden! Aiden brought him straight to Emily, who was pretending to be Agent Rebecca Stone.  She told Pascal she had been undercover three years, building a case against the Graysons and wanted to know everything. Pascal wasn’t talking so Emily took his phone.

When she returned, she spilled all the evidence against him. Emily threatened to go after Victoria, if Pascal didn’t keep quiet. She also wanted him to wear a wire at the Myclone launch party. Pascal agreed to give up Conrad, but not Victoria. Emily agreed to his terms, but made him promise not to tell Victoria or she would kill him.

If Victoria had any semblance of happiness, Conrad was there to bring it down a notch. He brought up that Pascal could be sealing the deal with Victoria just so she could corroborate his story against Conrad’s claims.

When Victoria met back up with Pascal, he was ready to leave the country. He didn’t mention his meeting the Emily, but Victoria found the calling card Emily gave him in his jacket pocket. She called the number, which had the voicemail for Emily’s alias. Victoria believed Pascal was talking to Homeland Security. She relayed the information to Daniel (Joshua Bowman) who went to Conrad. Both Grayson men wanted to secure their own safety above all else. Daniel also told Margaux (Karine Vanasse) about Pascal’s plan and said she better move quickly to have Pascal sign over the company before it was too late.

‘Revenge’ Recap: Where’s Your Daddy?

Charlotte received a creepy letter that was addressed to Charlotte Clarke with no signature. According to Charlotte, the handwriting was eerily similar to David Clarke’s handwriting in his journal. She asked Victoria if there was any chance that David was still alive. Victoria adamantly denied Charlotte’s idea. (If David is alive, that will turn the world Revenge completely upside down.)

Charlotte headed to Jack’s (Nick Wechsler) to try and get some more information about the letter. But first, she apologized about her hand in his breakup with Margaux. She brought the letter and Jack agreed it couldn’t have been David. Jack assured her that David was dead, but Charlotte had found two similar letters in Victoria’s room. Charlotte just had a gut feeling about the whole thing. Jack offered to help.

After some digging, Jack took Charlotte to a cabin that he believed was where the letters were written. They discovered a pool of David Clarke information, which led Jack to believe it was just some sicko messing with Charlotte. However, as they left, Jack found a ring and took it with him. What he didn’t see was a mysterious man lurking in the distance.

Later, Charlotte was still overwhelmed by the letter. Jack wasn’t as concerned with the letter as he was with the ring that had the initials “DC” engraved on it. The mystery man was still watching him from outside The Stowaway. Who is this guy?

‘Revenge’ Recap: One Bloody Mess

Nolan and Emily headed to Javier’s (Henri Esteve) Myclone launch party. They received confirmation that Pascal was wired and ready to go. Emily believed that Victoria was the exact leverage they needed to secure Pascal’s role in their plan.

Victoria realized something was wrong with Pascal and wanted to start their new life now. Pascal wanted the same thing, but had some unfinished business. They shared a kiss and he said he would see her later. During Pascal’s introduction at the party, he finally told Margaux what she wanted to hear. Margaux was Pascal’s next successor. She and Daniel introduced Myclone as the next big thing in technology.

After a big entrance, Javier gave the audience a preview of the app and then, it went downhill from there. He picked a lady in the audience as an example and the app gave some really inappropriate results. However, it wasn’t a glitch in the app, but Nolan’s manipulation! This was payback for Javier siding with Daniel and Margaux. Javier immediately knew it was Nolan, but Daniel didn’t care. Since Daniel and Margaux owned the company, they had no use for Javier anymore.

Pascal and Conrad agreed they needed to talk and they left the party together. Victoria noticed them leaving together, and started heading their way. Nolan, Emily and Aiden were also on the move. They had to think quick since they thought Pascal was going to rat them out. Pascal and Conrad were heading to the roof where there was a helicopter awaiting their arrival.

Pascal told Conrad he wanted to move on. He didn’t want his past clinging on to him. Conrad just wanted to win at any cost. It didn’t matter who suffered. Emily made it just in time on the roof to witness Conrad push Pascal into the helicopter propeller! And just like that, Pascal was gone and Conrad was safe. Victoria ran to Pascal’s side, but it was too late. She knew Conrad had something to do with Pascal’s death, but the pilot corroborated Conrad’s story of Pascal just stepping back in the blades.

‘Revenge’ Recap: Here One Minute, Gone The Next

Everyone was beyond shocked at the news of Pascal’s death. Margaux was traumatized, but Daniel was by her side to give her a little bit of good news. Margaux was now the new CEO of Pascal’s company. Daniel held her as she cried, but it wasn’t sincere. He had that Grayson evil look in his eye.

Emily couldn’t believe Conrad just murdered Pascal without a blinking his eye. Aiden acknowledged that it meant they were on to something. Conrad was going to great lengths to protect himself now. With the stakes even more dangerous than ever, Emily forged a new plan.

Victoria was devastated over Pascal’s death. Daniel came in to check on her, but all she wanted to know was if Daniel had told Conrad of Pascal dealing with the feds. Daniel tried to play it off, but Victoria knew he was bluffing. Victoria called the calling card number again, but it was out of service. Victoria got enraged and knew something was rotten in the Hamptons.

The last moments of the episode also upped the crazy factor. As Charlotte was taking a simple walk on the beach, she was kidnapped! Will she make it out better than Pascal? Time will tell!
