The teen responsible for the stabbing of 21 of his fellow students had a horrifying blank expression on his face as he was led away into police custody, reports the DailyMail.
Four students are currently in critical condition after being stabbed by Alex with the remaining victims left wounded and in shock. However, the recently released pictures show a teen that has no remorse on his face for his actions.
Alex will be charged as an adult and faces four counts of attempted homicide and 21 counts of aggravated assault and was ordered to face a preliminary hearing in seven to 10 days.

Alex left four in critical condition and four more in serious condition. His victims suffered deep abdominal puncture wounds while one of his victims suffered a pierced liver.
