Get ready to rumble! It’s finally WrestleMania, and who better to prep us for the WWE’s biggest week than The Bella Twins? Brie and Nikki are pretty tough chicks, but when they’re not in the ring, they’re regular girls. HollywoodLife.com caught up with the sisters who dished on babies, boys and Brie’s wedding!
WrestleMania kicks off Sunday, April 6, and the Bella Twins are giving us the scoop on the big week. We also got the details on Brie’s big day — she’s getting married to WWE wrestler Daniel Bryan! So how did she plan a wedding, while prepping for WrestleMania? The twins tell all!
HollywoodLife.com: Is it tough planning a wedding with all of the fame surrounding you and your fiancé, Daniel Bryan?
Brie Bella: No, actually…I think it is because Bryan and I are so laid back. Plus, we both have been in the business so long that it is our lifestyle. We are accustomed to it and know how to live on the road. So I think it is great that he is in such high demand right now around our wedding because however your career is going can really result in your mood and he couldn’t be happier right now! Which is great for our wedding because I couldn’t be happier right now.
You’ve had great success — getting married and competing in WrestleMania! What else is on the bucket list for the two of you?
BB: We both want a solo career. We both want to break off and show people that we can stand on our own. I think a strong solo career is on the bucket list.
NB: Definitely, and for me it would also be to get the Divas title, which I will have the chance to obtain at WrestleMania. It just gives me the chance to go out there and perform, to challenge myself. Plus, I want to experience marriage and kids. I may never get that but it is definitely on the bucket list.
BB: I want to be a mother in 2 1/2 years. Or maybe three years. And unfortunately you can’t wrestle and be pregnant so we want to create a fun business branding ourselves. And if we ever leave the ring, there [are] still many things to do in the WWE so we hope to continue. But I can’t wait to be a mother!
NB: If John [Cena, her boyfriend] and I end up having kids, [they] will probably come out squatting hundred and fifty pounds weights.
20 years from now, would you see your kids in the WWE, as a future Diva or Superstar?
BB: I would love it. I think it would be neat for our child to say that their mommy was a Diva and their dad was a Superstar. It would be hard, knowing the business and how hard it is with the traveling and the heartbreak. It would be neat to see!
NB: I think with both of our guys, it will be inevitable not to be wrestlers. Because once John [Cena] can’t wrestle anymore he will be a producer — he will be with the WWE forever. If we have kids, it will be hard to keep them out of the ring.
BB: Maybe we will both have boys and they can be a tag team.
NB: I would love to have a kid. Tell John that. I am stillca fertile girl! The eggs are ready to blossom!
What can we expect in Season 2 of E!’s Total Divas?
BB: I look at Season 2 of Total Divas, as something else to make us happy. We are so excited to share that moment [their wedding] with everyone.
