

Investigators claim they have discovered a pulse emanating from an area in the Indian Ocean surrounded by floating debris.
Investigators may have finally found Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, according to CNN.
A Chinese ship traveling within the search area inside the Indian Ocean discovered what has been described as a “series of sounds.” Just 56 miles away, the ship also spotted debris they described as white objects floating in the water.
“I have been advised that a series of sounds have been detected by a Chinese ship in the search area,” the chief coordinator of Australia’s Joint Agency Coordination Centre, Angus Houston, said in an official statement.
According to Angus, the sounds the Chinese ship were hearing in the ocean are similar to what MH370’s black box would sound like if it is still emitting a signal. However, he did stress that there is no confirmation that the debris spotted or the signal have anything to do with MH370.
Since there is no confirmation that the floating debris and the electronic pulse have anything to do with MH370, the Australian Maritime Safety Authority’s Rescue Coordination Centre has reached out to it’s partners in China hoping for further details.
A search team has not yet been sent to the exact coordinates, but it is definitely being considered based on the information they have already received.
“The deployment of RAAF assets to the area where the Chinese ship detected the sounds is being considered,” Angus said in his statement.
