Rachel Frederickson After ‘Biggest Loser’ — ‘I’m At My Perfect Weight’
After losing 155 lbs for the season 15 finale of The Biggest Loser on Feb. 4, Rachel received a lot of backlash about her weight.
Many people thought she lost way too much weight and that it wasn’t healthy, however, Rachel has announced that she actually gained 20 pounds since the show — and she believes that she is at her “perfect weight.”
To keep her 125 pound “ideal weight,” Rachel has been exercising and eating healthy.
She revealed her healthy habits to Us Weekly: “We have monthly calls with the other contestants and the show psychologist. And our nutritionist is available 24/7. I’ll call her from the farmers’ market and say, ‘What is this? How would I cook it?'”
She watches what she eats, but doesn’t kill her self if she caves around junk food: “I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It’s not the end of the world.”

Rachel also makes sure she gets in her exercise. She revealed, “I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle.”
