Kim Kardashian, 33, is motivated to look the best she can for her big day in May. In addition to the Atkins diet, she tells Us Weekly about her workouts: “I like to mix it up. Kim wants to lose those last stubborn five pounds in the next couple of weeks.
Kim loves pasta, but is following the low-carb Atkins diet.
“She’ll eat veggies, but no noodles, rice or bread,” says a family insider. “It shocks her body. It’s the only way to get the weight off.”
She also eats nuts and chicken with broccoli but pals say she “is watching everything she eats.”
Kim Kardashian’s Workouts — Hits The Gym Twice A Day
Friends say Kim works out twice a day and uses strength training to keep her famous curves.
“She does 100 squats each morning to lift her booty. She wants to look the best she possibly can for her wedding photos.”
