We all saw Bradley punk (and beat the crap out of) his co-star Louis C.K. in ‘American Hustle’ — but little did we know that the actor has been on a lifelong quest to prove Louis wrong as many times as possible. Keep reading to see video proof!

Sorry Louis C.K., but Bradley Cooper‘s got your number. One of the best moments of American Hustle was when Bradley whipped out a hilarious impression of the comedian, but that’s not the only time he’s slammed Louie. In fact, one devoted internet user went deep into the archives to reveal that Bradley has been proving Louis C.K. wrong for years!

Bradley Cooper Retroactively OWNS Louis C.K.

Okay, so in 2008, Louie appeared on “The Steve Show” with Stephen Merchant and made some pretty derisive comments about Inside the Actors Studio — specifically about the film students who ask the stars questions towards the end of the show.

“You never will be famous,” Louie cracks. “There’s no way you ask Sean Penn a question and then, you’re gonna be huge!”

Oh what’s that, Louie? Bradley Cooper has been on Inside the Actors Studio and has asked Sean Penn a question?

But no seriously, a new viral video proves that way back when Bradley was a film student — before Wedding CrashersSilver Linings Playbook, or American Hustle — he actually got the chance to ask Sean a question on an episode of Inside the Actors Studio! And not only that, but he also got to ask Robert de Niro a question in another episode!

So basically, Louie, you’re totally wrong, because Bradley Cooper is huge now after coming from humble beginnings! HollywoodLifers, are you shocked by this incredible irony? Watch the proof above and let us know!
