Leah’s Ex Corey Refuses to Accept Ali’s Diagnosis
He’s doing it again. Corey Simms is refusing to accept his daughter Ali’s muscular dystrophy diagnosis.
Leah Messer called Corey and his new wife Miranda Patterson together, along with her husband Jeremy Calvery, to discuss their decision to put Ali in school a year early like the doctor originally suggested. According to Leah, Ali needs to go in early because she is going to have trouble keeping the pace.
At first, Corey seems okay with the idea — but shortly after he gets stressed out and admits that he will “never” accept little Ali’s fate. It’s a heartbreaking Teen Mom 2 moment featuring some raw emotion from all involved.
‘Teen Mom 2’ Has More Daddy Issues
Adam uses their time together to introduce her to his second daughter, newborn Paisley. In an awkward moment, Aubree tells Adam she wants Paisley to meet their mom, and he tells her to “have fun with that.” Even though the remark is pretty snide, his tone is gentle as to not upset 4-year-old Aubree.
