Rachel Frederickson spoke out about her shocking transformation during a new interview on the Today show, saying she “felt really proud” of what she’s accomplished, despite the backlash. Though Rachel was surprised by the public’s reaction, she admitted that she “can see where it comes from” and she appreciates the concern.

Rachel looked gorgeous during the interview, showing off her slimmed down body in a pretty, hot pink dress. Her face and figure appeared a bit fuller since the last time we saw her a few weeks ago, and we think the Biggest Loser winner looks better than ever!
Rachel revealed during the interview that she’s still in the “maintenance stage” of her transformation, and she’s currently trying to add socializing with friends and family into the mix, according to the UK’s Daily Mail.
“It’s a big balance,” she confessed, adding that her time on The Biggest Loser has given her the strength and discipline to stick with her challenging new lifestyle — without getting too carried away.

Rachel initial weight loss wasn’t her only shocking revelation. Fans were also taken aback when she revealed on Feb. 5 that she was taking “maybe three, four classes a day” at the gym, including Zumba and spin. “I even went home over the holidays to Minnesota and I went running outside,” she told reporters during a conference call, according to People.
Hopefully the former competitive swimmer has cut back on her exercise routine because it seemed like a bit much!
