Jessica Simpson For Weight Watchers — Post-Baby Diet Revealed
Jessica was criticized after gaining weight with both daughter Maxwell, born May 2012, and son Ace, born in June 2013.
She is following the Weight Watchers program, which assigns points to all food and drinks. On the diet, you can eat anything, but you allotted a daily point total as well as a weekly allowance. It promotes healthy choices since almost all fruits and vegetables are no points. A glass of wine, on the other hand, is four points.

On GMA, Jessica admitted she starts her day with a healthy breakfast. “I’m an oatmeal girl.” A typical bowl of oatmeal would be 4 points and keep you satisfied all morning.
For lunch? She says she might have a sandwich, but for dinner, “I try to keep it super clean.”
Since Jessica and fiance Eric Johnson have set a date for their upcoming wedding, she is motivated to look good in her dress!
She also spoke about her family on GMA, saying:
“If I can give my kids anything, it’s just support,” Jess said. She added there is “absolutely no way” she would do reality TV again!
Jessica Responds To Weight Haters
“It does get old having people harping on how much you weigh or your body after pregnancy,” Jessica told USA Today in December 2013. “People are going to pick me apart no matter what I do. I’m always going to have critics.”
