HONOR debuted the perfect ladylike collection with a twist! From incorporating florals for fall to playing with mesh, the collection was definitely a breath of fresh air for the season — and we can’t wait to see it on fashion-forward stars.
The HONOR Fall 2014 collection focused on 1950s elegance with beautiful knee-length hemlines and full skirts, a trademark of actresses Hailee Steinfeld and Zosia Mamet! Since both ladies are known for their love of the silhouettes displayed in the collection we’re sure they can’t wait to check out the latest from the brand.
Honor Fall 2014 Collection — Fun Florals:
While traditionally spotting florals on a fall runway is definitely quite rare, it was exciting to see HONOR make it a focal point of their fall collection. The choice of the bold yet muted print was the perfect way to add a burst of color into the collection. By using less vibrant colors on a black background, the florals embodied more of a romantic vibe that seemed appropriate for the cooler months — we love a bold fashion statement!
Another highlight of the show was the way the designer incorporated long sleeves on dresses. The designer was clearly inspired by the long-sleeved look, as we saw sleeves come down the runway on one gorgeous gown after another! From sleeves that billowed out at the ends to sleeves that clung snugly all the way down the arm, the feature added a level of class to the dresses we couldn’t get enough of — and it’s only a matter of time before the celeb set shows off the trends!
