Hey guys, it’s Peyton! I had so much fun attending my first fashion week ever, and I want YOU to experience the whirlwind week through my eyes. Read on to find out all about my adventures — and all the cool trends I can’t wait to rock next season.
New York Fashion Week was so much fun. Not only did I get to sit front row at so many cool shows, but I also got to hang with some of my pals, (including Bella Thorne and Zendaya Coleman), and meet talented designers — and I also got to cover Fashion Week for HollywoodLife.com! So, what am I loving for Fall?
Peyton List New York Fashion Week Diary:
On the runway I saw lots of pretty green outfits — it’s definitely a trend to look out for next season! I also really loved the fairytale vibe at the Alice + Olivia presentation. My personal favorite look was seeing a modern-day Rapunzel decked out in one of Stacey Bendet’s whimsical creations. At Elie Tahari, I spotted so many outfits I would love to incorporate in my wardrobe. On Jessie, my character, Emma, is definitely more preppy, and she wears a lot of Ted Baker. I feel like over time my personal sense of style has rubbed off on her and you can totally tell when you watch the show!
I attended a Miu Miu screening at the Diamond Horseshoe, which was so cool. There was an amazing chandelier and I also got to catch up with my friend Bella. Bella and I have known each other since we were like 4 years old, so it’s always so nice to see a familiar face when you are going to shows and events.

Aside from taking in the shows, I also carved out a little time for shopping and visiting showrooms. I found a cool pair of sequin pants, oversized glasses, and an amazing pizza tee at Wildfox. I love getting dressed up so I had a lot of fun changing throughout the day — sometimes I even had to do so on the go!
Another major highlight was meeting Nanette Lepore. At her showroom SHE HERSELF fitted me, the day before her show! Backstage, I got to meet her daughter and we had a lot of fun.
As guest editor, I also got to visit the HollywoodLife offices in the middle of Times Square. The view was amazing and I had so much fun answering questions from my fans. Right before I left to head back to LA, I managed to fit in one last shopping trip at E.L.F. Cosmetics, where I stocked up on new makeup to experiment with back home. I’m really into trying new colors and trends!
Fashion Week was such a cool experience and I had so much fun checking out all the latest fashion trends — but I definitely won’t miss the snow and the cold! Getting around in heels was a little tricky with the weather. Browse my gallery for more from my adventures and let me know what you like about fashion week!
