The pop star could be deported if he’s charged and convicted of vandalism, according to a shocking report. HollywoodLifers, do you think that Justin will really be asked to leave?
Justin Bieber‘s time in the United States could be limited. The 19-year-old is facing a possible felony charge against him, in the alleged egging incident that took place in his LA neighborhood. This could mean possible deportation for the young star.
Justin Bieber To Be Deported?
Justin, a Canadian citizen, could be forced to leave the U.S., according to TMZ. The reason for this is because Justin has a O-1 Work Permit and this means that it could be revoked if he gets into serious trouble.
HollywoodLife.com told you that unless Justin committed a crime of “moral turpitude” that he would most likely get to stay in here but it turns out that “malicious destruction of property” falls under that category.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department wants a felony charge against Justin because the damages were $20,000.
Justin Drover Over 130 MPH Before Miami DUI Arrest
Justin has a lot of legal drama going on. Not only is he accused of egging his neighbor’s house but he was pulled over for a DUI in Miami on Jan. 23. He was reportedly speeding a few hours before his arrest and he hit speeds of 136 miles an hour around 1:30 in the morning.
But when he was pulled over he wasn’t speeding. Justin did admit to police that he had drank a beer, smoked marijuana and was driving without a valid drivers license.
