Jennifer Lawrence & ‘Hunger Games’ Cast Mourn Philip
Philip, who played Plutarch Heavensbee, in Hunger Games: Catching Fire will reportedly not be replaced in the upcoming film. The cast was spotted back in Atlanta to film the next installment of the two-part sequel, just a few days after his Feb. 1 death.
“Words cannot convey the devastating loss we are all feeling right now,” director Francis Lawrence, and Hunger Games author Suzanne Collins said on behalf of the cast and crew. “Philip was a wonderful person and an exceptional talent, and our hearts are breaking. Our deepest thoughts and condolences go out to his family.”
It’s definitely such a sad loss for his family, friends, cast and fans all over the world.
