Kailyn Lowry & Jo Rivera Family Court: Exes Uses Temper Flairs To Halt Move
Kail revealed that Jo stopped at nothing to block her family’s relocation. “I think Jo was just wanting to make it difficult. I don’t think he wants to see our marriage succeed… [but] I don’t think he’s jealous. I think he just does it to spite me for whatever reason,” Kailyn told MTV some of the details that went down at the hearing.
Kailyn said Jo attempted to put her bad temper out there to the judge but it was a failed attempt. “So Jo brought up my temper in court just like my lawyer said he would. And it actually didn’t work because he had never filed anything against me for my temper, brought it up in previous fights or anything. Just in this one specific time. So the judge kinda threw it out the window.”
Kailyn Much Calmer Than Last Season On ‘Teen Mom 2’
Any fan of Teen Mom 2 will tell you that Jo was in fact right about Kailyn, she has a short temper. She admitted to MTV that she needed to work on that and her husband Javi stood by her side.
“It’s an uphill battle, but I’m definitely working on it,” she said, to which Javi responded, “I kind of feel like that’s all he [on Jo’s claims to the judge] has to use against you. It’s just the way you talk and the way you approach things now, and I’m proud of you.”
