In the clip, Tyler casually tries to ask Matt if he invited Caroline to his party, but Matt isn’t really feeling the whole ‘beating around the bush’ thing.
“So when you say you’re starting over, you’re basically saying you want Caroline back?” Matt asks.
“Just get the cups,” Tyler replies, pretending he’s not completely transparent.

Of course, there’s still the issue of Caroline and Klaus (Joseph Morgan). As you’ll recall, the brooding Original paid Caroline a visit on last week’s milestone episode, one which ended with a sex romp in the woods!
Per The CW’s official description of this week’s episode, it sounds like Caroline will have to face the music:
Matt impulsively decides to throw a party, where Caroline makes a stunning confession to Elena (Nina Dobrev), then has to face the consequence of her actions with Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Tyler.
Well, that ought to put a damper on the party pretty quickly!
