Justin spent the weekend in Panama with his rumored new girlfriend Chantel, who wore a barely there bikini. It looked like Selena was the last thing on his mind — do you think these two are serious?

Justin Bieber looked like he was having a great time in Panama, despite the rumored intervention that was supposed to take place. The singer, who was charged with a DUI in Miami just a few days before, went parasailing with Chantel Jeffries, 21, while his mother Pattie Mallette, Usher and Scooter Braun were nearby.

The singer appeared to be having a great time, while being swarmed by Beliebers on the beach. Justin, who had just flown in from Miami, has been spending a lot of time with Chantel.

They looked to be having a lot of fun! Keep in mind, Chantel was in the car with Justin when he was arrested for a DUI.
