Levi Johnston was denied custody of his son with Bristol Palin, 4-year-old Tripp. Levi filed to have equal custody of Tripp in Oct. 2013, but Bristol contested his petition because she claimed he was over $67,000 behind in child support payments.
Levi Johnston Denied Custody Of Son Tripp With Bristol Palin
The custody and child support case was filed in an Alaskan court in November of 2009 after the couple’s troubles started to arise. However, this ended quickly as the two claimed they were golden and everything was back to normal, according to People.
But after the two decided to split again — Bristol said that the relationship started to go bad again on July 14 of 2010; the same day they announced their plans to get married! — they agreed that Bristol would have primary physical custody over Tripp while both shared legal custody. Levi was granted visitation privileges and he agreed to pay child support.
Since then, Bristol and Sarah Palin has called Levi out, claiming that he was $67,000 behind in child support payments, according to Radar Online, and his request for equal custody was denied.
Another Child In Levi Johnston’s Life
Tripp isn’t the only child that Levi should be worrying about. Levi got married to Sunny Oglesby, his girlfriend at the time, on October 28, 2012 and his daughter, Breeze Beretta Johnston, was born the month prior.
