Another day, another Shia outburst. After ‘retiring from all public life,’ the actor headed out in London and got into a drunken sprawl with a guy who apparently was talking about his girlfriend’s mother — and Shia head-butted him!
While we get he was sticking up for his girlfriend, Mia Goth, it seems like Shia LaBeouf took it to a whole new level on Jan. 16 when he got up in a guy’s face before head-butting him in London’s bar Hobgoblin . . . and it was all caught on video.
Shia Labeouf Head-Butts Man At Bar
In the video posted by TMZ, you see Shia, 27, getting in the face of a guy sitting down at Hobgoblin, a pub in South London.
“What are you saying about my girl’s mom? Are you f–king kidding me bro?” Shia yelled at the guy, before head-butting him. Yes, people still head-butt other people!
However, TMZ followed the video with yet another, where Shia apologizes (to his friends, but not the guy he actually attacked), but says he was just sticking up for his girlfriend’s mother. In that video, he was talking to others at the bar, who say that alcohol was involved.
Shia Says He’s ‘Super Normal’ After Head-butt Incident
“I’m not tryin’ to have any more problems, I’m really just trying to make peace,” Shia told his friends sitting at the bar. “I’m a normal human being. I accept what I gotta get into, to do what I love, you know what I mean. I’m not trying to sh-t on nobody.”
“I am super normal. I’m super normal . . . like more normal than most,” Shia continued. “But when people get hostile and sh-t on my girl’s mom and say things that are out of turn, I’m sorry about that. I got no control over that. I’m just trying to make peace, you know what I mean. I got nothin’ wrong with him!”
Shia’s not new to controversy, after bashing Jim Carrey following Jim’s diss at the Golden Globes. He called Jim a bad father on Twitter, but then later apologized. He doesn’t seem too normal!
Do you think Shia was out of line, HollywoodLifers?
