Welcome to JUANuary! While I’m obviously thrilled to see Juan Pablo shirtless week after week starting on January 6, there is a much bigger reason why he’ll be the best ‘Bachelor’ ever — and her name is Camila.
The women competing to win the heart of Juan Pablo Galavis better be ready to work — not only do they have to impress him, but they also have to win the heart of his adorable four-year-old daughter. After The Bachelor: Countdown to Juan Pablo on Jan. 5, I realized that his heart may be ten times bigger than past bachelors, thanks to that special little girl.
Juan Pablo: Fatherhood Will Make Him The Best ‘Bachelor’
The rumors have already began to swirl about Juan Pablo, 32, being an absent dad in his daughter, Camila‘s life. Camila, whose mother is Carla Andreina Rodriguez, a gorgeous Venezuelan actress, completely adores her father, as we saw in the inside look of his life.
“She’s my Valentine forever,” he told ABC, referring to that seriously adorable little girl. It’s no surprise she’s the cutest little one ever — you’ve seen her dad.
While I already adored him, I strongly believe that being a single dad will make this season even better. It shows that he not only has a huge heart, but that he knows how to love unconditionally.
In the clip we saw of him driving around Miami, Fl., picking up his daughter up, singing to her in the car, and enjoying “daddy time” with her and her friends at the park. There’s something about a father-daughter relationship that just makes a man that much more attractive, and trustworthy.
Being A Father Shows The Sensitive Side Of Juan Pablo
For the women competing for his heart, it shows that he is responsible and that he’s looking for something real — he wouldn’t have just anyone around his little girl.
During the countdown special, we saw Juan Pablo talking to his own father, getting emotional and even tearing up about how hard it is to leave his daughter’s side for the show. The heartfelt moment showed how much he loved his daughter and how, at the end of the day, she was the most important person in his life and he wanted to find a woman who understood that.
I can’t wait to see when he finally brings girls home and introduces the special few to his daughter — that’s when we’ll know he’s serious.
Do you think being a dad will help make Juan Pablo the best Bachelor ever? Let me know!
