So touching! The guys of One Direction came together to send their words of love and support — and even a kiss — in a video to Claire Davis, a teenage student who remains in a coma after being shot by a classmate at Colorado’s Arapahoe High School on Dec. 13.
Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, and Niall Horan filmed a sweet video to support 17-year-old Claire Davis, a senior at Arapahoe High School who was an innocent victim in a school shooing carried out by her classmate. The guys found out that Claire is a huge fan of theirs, so they sent an emotional video to her in hopes of helping her recover. See the video, here.

Liam spoke on behalf of the band in the heartbreaking video, when a huge social media campaign alerted them to her story. “Hi, Claire. We’ve heard you were a big fan and we just wanted to show you some love,” he said.
“What’s happened to you is absolutely terrible, something we can’t bear thinking about, so we just wanted to share some love with you,” Liam said. “All our prayers are with you and your family. Hope you get well soon. Lots of love.”
Louis finished off the video by blowing a kiss to Claire, which was such a sweet and touching gesture.
Claire Davis In Coma After Arapahoe High School Shooting
Claire has been in critical condition in a Colorado hospital since the shooting, after sustaining “severe head trauma, as the result of a gunshot,” according to a statement from her parents, who called for continued prayers for their daughter. Claire’s school mate, identified as Karl Pierson, brought a loaded shotgun and two Molotov cocktails to the school on Dec. 13, and was believed to have targeted a teacher, not Claire.
Our thoughts continue to be with Claire and her family at this difficult time, and we’re pulling for her recovery.
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think One Direction is the best?
