Despite an alleged drug addiction and allegations of infidelity, a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Lamar believes he’s the one who deserves financial reparations from his soon-to-be ex, Khloe. Now find out why — and if he’ll be able to get any money!
When they got married in 2009, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom signed an iron-clad prenuptial agreement that completely separated their assets, so in theory their divorce — which Khloe filed for on Dec. 13 — should be cut and dry. Except a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Lamar believes Khloe owes him.
Lamar Odom: Khloe Kardashian Owes Me After Divorce Filing
The source says that Lamar plans on splitting amicably, but he does have some grievances. “He still feels she gave up on him when he reluctantly agreed to do reality TV with her and help her brand,” the source says. “He’s not blaming her for all his problems, but all that reality TV stuff and his life being served on a platter for everyone to cut and pick at it — he wasn’t with that. But he did it because he loved her and wanted to make her happy.”

Because of that ultimate sacrifice, the source says Lamar now feels he deserves something in return. “He feels he’s owed something but what exactly he’s not sure.”
Lamar acting like the victim is at least a little surprising, considering most of the couple’s issues can be traced back to his alleged drug addiction — and the cheating reports that came with it — and his consistent refusal to get help.
Lamar Odom: Can He Get Money From Khloe Kardashian?
But regardless of what Lamar feels he is owed, he will only get what the law permits.
Reviewing the divorce papers Khloe filed on Dec. 13, she denied the option for spousal support, and also requested that the judge deny any request Lamar made for spousal support. “It looks like Khloe wants to enforce the prenup — keeping debts and assets separate,” celebrity divorce attorney Vikki Ziegler told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
That means Lamar will only be able to get what’s his — nothing more from Khloe — unless he’s able to argue that the preexisting prenup is “unfair or unconscionable,” Vikki said.
In other words, Lamar may think Khloe owes him, but he’s going to have an uphill battle if he decides he wants to try and make her pay.
