Waka Flocka Flame, 28, is publicly apologizing to Oprah Winfrey, 59, after an old video of the rapper dissing the TV mogul leaked online. The “Hard In The Paint” rapper says he feels “terrible” about the nasty remarks he made and is ready to “take responsibility for his actions.” But he’s not just apologizing to O — he’s apologizing to women everywhere. Waka Flocka Dissed Oprah — Rapper Apologizes For Calling Oprah An ‘Ugly B**ch’
In an old video that surfaced on Nov. 18, the outrageous rapper and his entourage are shown making sexual remarks about the billionaire and taking nasty jabs at her looks. After a friend asks Waka if he would ever hook up with Oprah, a disgusted Waka replies, “I won’t f**k that ugly bi**h!”
But the rapper has had a change of heart and is adopting a new outlook on women after reflecting on his shocking diss. He publicly apologized to Oprah and told TMZ, “I feel obligated to take responsibility for my actions.”
The “No Hands” rapper, who called his remarks “unnecessary” and “disrespectful,” later revealed to TMZ that he plans to respect women in the future. “This regretful situation made me look at women and how I address them in a more responsible way,” he said.

Waka’s apology was prompted by his momager Deb Antney‘s “disgust” with the video. Deb urged Waka to be more considerate of others’ feelings, and to steer clear of disrespecting women.
