Pete Wentz & Ashlee Simpson Parenting: ‘Respect Each Other’ To Co-Parent Bronx
Even though Pete and Ashlee are no longer together, they have learned a way to co-parent their son without drama. “It’s just a great part of life. It’s not for the media,” Pete said. “I think that the whole idea is that. You don’t parent for the media, you parent because you have a kid. The most important thing is putting your kid first.”
“None of it’s for show and a lot of it goes on behind closed doors,” Pete elaborated. “We respect each other as parents and that’s the most important thing. I’m thankful for my family!”
Pete Wentz Taking Bronx Out On Tour
Pete brings Bronx on some of Fall Out Boy’s tour so he can hang with the guys!
“He likes to come on tour with us, he can talk to all [the] guys about whether it’s comic books stuff or whatever … He’s interested in seeing why there’s ice under the stage at arena. You know, stuff that’s interesting to kids,” Pete said of his son’s favorite distractions! “If we all wore Ironman suits on stage, he’d probably be more interested in that!”
What do YOU think, HollyMoms? Are you glad Pete and Ashlee are coming together as a family?
