The songstress is known for following her own fashion trends, and that’s exactly what she did with her latest city look! Are you loving her jumpsuit or do you think the baggy get-up was unflattering on her frame? VOTE.
It’s obvious that Balmain is one of Rihanna‘s go-to designers! In June, he pop diva toured the fashion label’s studio in Paris and even tried on some of their hottest designs while sharing the trip on her Instagram account! No matter the season, it’s evident that the pop diva will sport the label wherever she goes! On Nov. 8 the songstress was all smiles while leaving the Gansevoort Park Hotel in NYC while sporting yet another Balmain look — is there a better way to dine out in the city that never sleeps? Or perhaps you’re wondering what the star was thinking while making this frumpy fashion statement.
Rihanna’s Leather Jumpsuit For Dinner At Nobu In NYC:
RiRi turned the sidewalk into her very own runway while heading off to Nobu Friday night in one of Balmain’s Spring 2014 looks. The all-black ensemble featured gold buttons and cargo pockets, and while it was edgy, it was also very baggy, covering up the star’s killer figure. We’re used to seeing RiRi strip down any chance she gets so this baggy get-up was definitely in contrast to some of her most recent looks.
She completed the high-fashion look with a pair of Balmain boots that featured a gold toe-cap and the same chunky gold jewelry that was worn by the model when it came the runway! She styled her pitch black hair half-up and rocked barely there makeup, keeping the focus on her interesting, right-off-the-runway get-up. Despite the fact that she toned down her beauty routine, the singer still looked as beautiful as ever.
While Rihanna can pull off practically anything, this get-up did NOTHING for her figure. The wide-leg silhouette concealed her toned legs and the drop-waist also hid her tiny waistline. Sure, it’s great that she decided to cover up, but we just can’t get behind this baggy get-up.
What do you think of Rihanna’s jumpsuit? Was it fierce or a frumpy mess? VOTE.
