There is finally some resolution in the Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller custody case! Brooke’s brother Scott won temporary guardianship over the twins, and will reportedly be moving in with Brooke to help her care for the kids.
Charlie Sheen‘s 4-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max will be moving out of Denise Richards‘ house and into their mother Brooke Mueller‘s home. Brooke’s brother Scott was granted temporary guardianship of the boys, and is said to be moving in to Brooke’s home to help her care for them so that the boys do not have to leave their school district.
Brooke Mueller Wins Custody Of Charlie Sheen’s Twin Sons
Denis had temporary guardianship of Brooke and her ex Charlie’s boys while Brooke was in the hospital receiving treatment for substance abuse, but Denise told the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services during a Nov. 7 meeting that “she could no longer handle Bob and Max because they were violent toward her daughters,” Eloise and Lola, according to TMZ.
Brooke’s brother, Scott, filed for guardianship rights with the boys so that they could be with their mother, and this way they can “gradually” reunite with their mother, reported TMZ.
HollywoodLife.com reached out to the actors’ reps for comment. Denise’s rep said, “no comment.”
Charlie Sheen Hoping For Different Custody Results
Brooke’s home is in the same gated community as Charlie’s.
“Sheen had been hopeful DCFS would patch things up with Richards but felt the government agency already had ‘burned that bridge,'” a source close to the situation told The NY Daily News.
The twins’ guardianship reassignment is reportedly to take effect immediately, reported TMZ.
