Amber Portwood saw her 4-year-old daughter Leah on Nov. 4, the evening of her prison release. The mom and her little girl were all smiles when they shared their first visit together in months — and Amber definitely showed off a more relaxed version of herself.
Amber Portwood & Daughter Leah Reunite After ‘Teen Mom’s Prison Release
Amber spent 17 months behind bars at Rockville Correctional Facility in Indiana, but as soon as she was released, she excitedly went to visit her little girl.
A Twitter account created for Leah by her dad Gary Shirley tweeted her excitement, capturing the emotion perfectly with its simplicity:

Amber did make one important pit stop before spending the evening with her daughter — she stopped to grab a burger, according to TMZ. Who could blame her for indulging, after spending over a year eating prison food?
Amber Portwood Fighting For Custody Of Daughter Leah
Amber revealed that her ultimate goal is to get joint custody of her daughter. While she was in prison, Gary had full custody of the pair’s daughter.
To get any custody of Leah, Amber will have to keep up every stipulation of her parole, including staying sober, passing random drug tests, and finding a safe living environment.
