The mystery of Ravenswood deepens on the show’s Oct. 29 episode — now airing at its regular time, 8/7c — and Tyler Blackburn recently visited HollywoodLife.com to give us the scoop on what lies ahead for Caleb and the rest of his “cursed” pals. Does everyone survive last week’s car crash? Will Caleb stay with Hanna (Ashley Benson), despite their separation? And just how awkward was it filming that infamous bath scene?
That’s right, we talked about the bath scene. (Did you think we wouldn’t? Come on, now.)
“That was actually a really cool scene to shoot,” he told us. “It was exciting [but] kind of nerve-wracking, walking around the set in, basically, a thong. … But I did all of that myself. We had somebody holding me underwater. … I popped up after the first take and I was like, ‘That’s awesome! Let’s do it again.'”
0:16 — I shower Tyler with feathers, as one does in Ravenswood.
0:52 — Tyler talks about the supernatural aspect of the show. (“It’s pretty much ghost-based.”)
1:20 — Tyler talks about Caleb and Hanna. (“They’re in a relationship, still. He’s just a couple of hours away.”)
1:30 — We discuss the infamous bath scene, as well as Caleb’s history of washing himself on television.
2:35 — Tyler compares filming the bath scene to filming a love scene with Hanna. What’s more awkward?
