Palace life offers a distinct advantage, as Kensington Palace features a private gym right on the property. Kate participates in one-on-one personal training sessions at the gym, explained E!‘s source.
Even when Kate isn’t hitting the gym, she is maximizing the workouts she can get out of every daily activity. “When she’s in Bucklebury, Kate always does a lot of walking,” the source elaborated, sharing that Kate loves walking the family dogs — Lupo and Tilly — and going hiking on the property.
