Selena Gomez Has Performance Malfunction On ‘The View’

Poor Selena! She stopped by ‘The View’ to perform her hit song, ‘Slow Down,’ but couldn’t start because of a technical malfunction. Awkward! Guess who rescued her?

Selena Gomez, 21, was set to stun the audience on Oct. 17 during a sexy rendition of “Slow Down,” but just as she was about to start singing — the sound cut off due to “technical difficulties!”

Selena Gomez Had Musical Malfunction On ‘The View’ Before Singing ‘Slow Down’

Selena was so excited to perform “Slow Down” on The View, but when it came time to sing, the sound check crew wasn’t fully prepared and left her fumbling with her earpiece!

She was ready to give a sexy show in a silky crop top and pants, but when she couldn’t hear the music, Selena started mumbling awkwardly to the audience about the malfunction! She awkwardly stammered, “Just kidding,” and “I can’t hear.” Co-host Jenny McCarthy immediately bolted toward the stage to help Selena! So sweet.

The sound problem got fixed quickly, and Jenny re-announced the star after apologizing for the “technical difficulties.” Selena confidently brought the house down once the music started, suggestively swiveling her hips during the sizzling performance!

Even though she had a tough start, Selena totally rocked her show on The View! We thought she handled the sound blooper like a total pro!

This just doesn’t seem to be her week her performances, though, since she cried over Justin during an Oct. 15 concert!

Selena Gomez Cried Over Justin Bieber During Concert

Selena’s hardest song to record was “Love Will Remember,” so it’s no surprise that she actually got emotional on stage after performing it and thinking of Justin, 19.

During her concert in Buffalo, NY, Selena got choked up after singing the sad ballad.

“Everybody in this room: I have those bad days, and I understand when you guys just don’t feel like it’s enough and you just want to get back to when you were a kid again, and it was so simple, and just one thing that you want,” she told the crowd.

It’s a good thing that Selena’s sweet four-month-old sister Gracie came to support her at her Oct. 16 show!

We felt so bad when Selena cried, and that she had a performance malfunction two days later — but she definitely got her groove back when she performed “Slow Down.” Justin, take notice!
