Breast Cancer Awareness Month — Brands That Care

Matrix Haircare has repackaged five of their most popular hair products in the pink we’ve all come to associate with breast cancer awareness.  They are generous enough to donate 10 percent of sales to The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Nails Inc. has partnered up with designer Matthew Williamson and model/actress Poppy Delevingne, and created two limited edition polishes exclusively for the Breast Cancer Campaign – a leading breast cancer research charity in the UK. Beyonce rocked one of the polishes in early October.

Elemis has repacked their hero products in a pink bag and proceeds will be included in a $15,000 donation to the Breast Cancer Care charity.

Sephora released a limited-edition five-piece brush set in a pink snakeskin travel bag. $1 of the sale of each set goes toward the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Ahava supports the cause by lending a helping hand to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. A limited edition hand cream is available in October only and on sale for only $21 — it’s a $31.50 value. 10 percent of Ahava proceeds are being donated to fund research and promote early detection and education.

More Beauty Brands Giving Back

This month, our favorite Tweezerman tweezers are produced in a limited edition”Precision in Pink” where $1.00 from the sale of each limited edition Slant Tweezer will go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure as well as to the CEW Cancer and Careers organizations among other charities throughout the country.
