Khloe Kardashian, 29, and Lamar Odom, 33, may be in the middle of an emotional marriage fiasco right now — but the terms of their marriage are crystal clear in their prenuptial agreement, a report alleges. Do you think that Khloe stayed in their marriage until Sept. 27 to secure her earnings so she could possibly get ready to file for divorce?

Khloe and Lamar’s prenuptial agreement guarantees Khloe $500,000 for every year of marriage — plus two cars! But the real kicker is this — she also gets a $2 million dollar bonus for making it to four years of marriage, a source tells UsWeekly. So if she files for divorce, she could reportedly walk away with $4 million dollars and two cars, at the very least!
Something else to consider is that when Lamar and Khloe got married, he had a $33 million contract with the Los Angeles Lakers, for — ironically — four years!
Wow! $2 million extra dollars is nothing to sneeze at. Did Khloe stick out Lamar’s alleged drug addiction because she wanted to guarantee the money for herself, she wanted to continue to work on their marriage — or perhaps a little of both?
Khloe Kardashian Reportedly Ready To File For Divorce From Lamar Odom
Despite an Oct. 1 visit from Lamar to talk about divorce details and “where they stand,” Khloe is set to file divorce papers and wanted to alert him before she did it, the same report alleges!
“Khloe called him on their anniversary and told him she’d be filing for divorce,” another source told the magazine. “She wanted to give him fair warning.”
Even though he was desperate to visit Khloe on their anniversary, Sept. 27, she refused.
“Khloe was very firm,” according to the source, regarding her Sept. 27 phone call to Lamar. “She said she will be filing soon, and she thinks its best they both move on. Khloe told Lamar she hopes he gets the help he needs.”
Well, her four-year marriage was over five days ago, and Khloe didn’t want to see Lamar on their anniversary — so perhaps she will serve him with divorce papers soon! Only time will tell.
