Meek Mill is not taking Kendrick’s diss on ‘Control’ lightly, in fact, he is calling people out Kendrick-stlye him on his Dreamchasers 3 album. Do you think it’s a good thing that everyone is calling each other out?
Kendrick Lamar better watch out! Rapper Meek Mill isn’t thrilled that Kendrick called him out in his controversial “Control” lyrics. In fact, in a brand new interview he says that he was totally inspired by Kendrick when he was in the studio recording his new album.
Meek Mill got into the studio and made sure to put all of his energy into his new music. But in a new interview he says that everyone needs to hold their breath because he’s going to be coming at rappers in the music industry hard, and Kendrick might just be one of them.
“Kendrick’s verse. Kendrick’s verse, man,” he said inspired him. “I don’t know if I’ma keep it, though. Some of the guys I’m throwing shots at, I’m actually cool with these guys and I don’t really be throwing shots at guys I’m cool with … that really was influenced by the Kendrick shit, so we’ll determine by tonight if I’ma finish that or not. My focus is on the intro, on making another fire-ass intro that I can go crazy to in the club.”
If we were Kendrick we would be a little nervous to hear what Meek has to say.
