Get The Perfect Body The Healthy Way

Christine revealed that getting a great body is totally attainable! To reach a healthy, lean body, she says she focuses on “teaching people how to get away from fake factory foods and how to begin to eat a diet of real foods in a balanced way which speeds up metabolism.” That’s what gives you “a fit lean body.”

She reveals that easily indulging in over-processed foods greatly contributes to the obesity rate. Luckily, in her book she has a way in which people can control what their eating and form a balanced diet! She says:

People have a hard time admitting to themselves how bad their diet actually is. That is way in my book I have what I call my “real food charter”, it is basically a check list food journal where I have my readers and clients check off that they are eating every 4 hours, eating enough fiber,eating enough omega-3s, and avoiding all processed foods (refined sugars, refined carbs, refined salts, refined fats).

It can be hard to dramatically substitute the foods you intake. To prevent cravings and easily indulge in healthy food, Christine explains how cooking is a great option! She says:

By learning how to cook — for example in my book, there is a mac and cheese recipe, gluten free sugar free and dairy free chocolate brownies, and another fan favorite is my lemon blueberry muffins.  These all taste like your faves but offer more fiber, less fat and are much lower in sugar.

The Right Way To Shed Pounds

Christine revealed that if you are looking to look weight, you should focus 80% on your diet and 20% on exercise. Doing both is a plus! She says that the normal amount of weight to lose per week is 2-3 pounds if you are really focused. She doesn’t approve of juice cleansers as a way to loose weight. She explains:

They lack protein and if you are not under the supervision of a health care professional- you might end up consuming way too much sugar.

Just because your change your diet doesn’t mean you still can’t have some fun! Christine says that you lose weight and still enjoy some cocktails! She says:

I recommend that my clients keep it to 1-2 drinks per event and that they try a lower cal option such as Skinny Vine’s Slim Chardonnay because it’s only 86 calories per 5 ounce glass!
