Chris rocked the Toyota Concert Series with his amazing voice and hot dance moves on Aug. 30. He also opened up about his recent seizure and possible retirement in a revealing new interview with Matt Lauer.
Chris Brown fans packed New York City’s Rockefeller Plaza for the singer’s Today show appearance, and he did NOT disappoint! Wowing the crowd with hits “Fine China” and “Love More” off of his hotly anticipated sixth studio album, X, it was one of his most high-energy recent performances!
Chris Brown Performs ‘Fine China’ & ‘Love More’ On ‘Today’
Chris emerged from the stage smiling at his fans, taking the energy all the way up with his song “Fine China.” Labor Day weekend is usually all about the white, but Chris kicked it off with a red-hot start! He wore red pants and a black and red jacket, looking at his fans beneath sleek brown-tinted aviator sunglasses.
Team Breezy loved his sexy moves, as he leaned over to the crowd and circled the stage, making sure everyone got a good view. His second performance was just as amazing, making fans scream and sing along to “Love More.”
Chris also did a third performance of his song “Beat It,” letting the crowd touch him as he sang down a narrow catwalk.
Chris Brown Talks To Matt Lauer & Tamron Hall On ‘Today’
Chris spoke to Today show hosts Matt Lauer and Tamron Hall about his past seizure and recent negative tweets.
Tamron asked how he was feeling after his seizure, and he said “I’m good, I’m good, just needed the rest, that’s it.”
Matt noted the stage packed with Team Breezy fans and asked him about his recent negative tweets, to which Chris replied, “It’s not the music. It’s about my next album and my fans.”
So what about his retirement rumors? “No I’m just putting out the music right now, I’m going to continue to work for my fans,” Chris said, which was met with screams of happiness from the crowd.
