10 Best Moments Of ‘Teen Wolf’ Season 3 — So Far
1. Two become one: Season three was epic from the start. Don’t even pretend like you didn’t freak out when Ethan (Charlie Carver) and Aiden (Max Carver) first stripped down and morphed into one, giant Alpha monster.
2. Danny & Ethan hook up: Considering Teen Wolf is often regarded as being one of the gayest shows on TV, I’m surprised it took us this long to get to an actual gay scene. It may not have ended well — chainsaw, anyone? — but Danny (Keahu Kahuanui) and Ethan’s motel encounter was nice while it lasted.
3. Scott & Allison’s closet encounter: They’re not technically a couple right now, but Scott (Tyler Posey) and Allison (Crystal Reed) still enjoyed a fleeting moment in a closet this season, while hiding from her Mr. Argent. I believe the word “boner” was actually used.
4. Erica & Boyd’s deaths: Technically, Erica (Gage Golightly) died before the season began; but that didn’t make it any less sad when her death was confirmed — in the middle of Boyd’s (Sinqua Walls) death. Double sad.
5. Scott becomes a True Alpha: I didn’t know what the heck was going on at the time, but in hindsight, Scott’s blue-lit transformation into a “True Alpha” was one of the coolest visuals we’ve gotten on the show thus far.
6. Jennifer is revealed as the Darach: I’ll admit to gasping when Beacon Hills’ most beloved teacher was revealed to be the very same creature who’s been turning the town upside down. Jennifer (Haley Webb), you naughty girl.
7. Lydia is a banshee: It took nearly three years for us to finally learn what Lydia really is — but it was totally worth the wait.
8. Scott’s dad rolls into town: Speaking of things that took three years, Scott’s dad’s arrival in Beacon Hills was a huge surprise! His good looks, however, were far less surprising.
9. Stiles & Lydia kiss: Another highly anticipated moment, Stiles and Lydia’s lip lock may have merely been a distraction — she wanted to help him during a panic attack — but that didn’t make it any less satisfying.
10. Derek gives up his powers: Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) made the ultimate sacrifice to save his sister — but how will he survive without his Alpha-bilities?
