Our first look at the upcoming second season of ‘Nashville’ is finally here!

“We need some help in here!” That fateful line is uttered by a doctor working frantically to save Rayna (Connie Britton) in the brand-new promo video for Nashville‘s second season — but it could probably also be uttered by the legions of nervous fans watching through their computer screens. As the ABC series’ Sept. 25 premiere draws closer, the network is starting to release footage of the drama to come, and things are definitely heading south.

‘Nashville’ Season 2: Four Major Spoilers Revealed

This new promo video teases a number of new plot points in season two. Here’s a brief rundown of what we see in the 30-second clip:

1. “Is she gonna die?” asks a rough-looking Deacon (Charles Esten).

2. Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) will be just as selfish as ever. “Now I have to compete with a saint in a coma?” she asks, as images of Rayna’s fan vigil flash over the screen. Wait… did I say just as selfish? Because I meant more selfish than ever.

3. Gunnar (Sam Palladio) and Will (Chris Carmack) come to blows — no, not that – in a bedroom.

4. Then Gunnar is seen kissing a cheeky brunette! So I guess we know how Scarlett (Clare Bowen) answers his proposal.
