Like mommy, like baby! Just a day after the world got their first look at the royal baby, the affordable swaddle blanket, (which is sold in a set of four for $49), is already totally sold out in the UK — but luckily you can still SHOP for it in the US.
Even though your newborn may not be royalty, it doesn’t mean you can dress it like one! Kate Middleton, 31, is one of the most fashionable figures, with everything she wears selling out almost instantly. Her son is quick to follow in her fashionable footsteps — in fact, Prince George is already creating a baby blanket frenzy! The swaddling cloth that Prince William and Kate wrapped little Prince George in as they took him home from the hospital is selling out fast — but you can still get it here!
Royal Baby Blanket:
If you have a baby, are expecting a baby, (or even just know a baby!), you’ve got to consider these blankets. The aden + anais swaddle blanket that the royal baby Prince George was wrapped in upon his departure from St. Mary’s hospital is so cute — and clearly in high demand. The little prince was debuted in the “Sweet Bird Print” and you can get a pack of four blankets, which includes the bird print!), for $49.95. The “Jungle Jam” pack also has a monkey, giraffe, and elephant blanket to go with the small green bird print. It could make any baby look totally adorable and now, thanks to Kate, totally royal. Get the “Jungle Jam” pack of four HERE. Although they sold out of the UK site, they are still available in the US.
The brand isn’t just preferred by the royal family, either. Jessica Alba, Beyonce, Jennifer Garner and other celebs also use aden + anais to cover up their bundles of joy. The blankets are 100% cotton muslin and are supposed to get softer with every wash. They’re extra large and can be used for multiple purposes, such as breast-feeding covers or as sheets, making them a great investment.
Prince George’s Blanket:
Before we saw the fun swaddle blanket, the baby was a pristine vision of royalty all wrapped up in the G.H. Hurt and Son wool christening shawl. The blanket looked so luxe, made of crocheted super-fine merino wool. For $68 the blanket could be yours — but the site does say it may take a while to get the orders! Clearly everything Prince George touches is in high demand! Get it HERE.
