Justin Bieber didn’t want his picture taken while in Miami on June 5 and this is totally understandable. But after leaving the Hit Factory recording studio that night, Jeffrey Binion, a photographer claims Justin’s bodyguard Hugo Hesny, attacked him and threatened him with a gun. But not so fast, despite the police report Jeffrey filed, HollywoodLife.com has learned otherwise.
HollywoodLife.com has learned that despite Jeffrey claiming to have suffered “bodily injury and mental anguish” sources tell us that this report is incredibly exaggerated.
Two independent sources told us: “The gun episode didn’t happen.” They even said that Justin is “harassed” tirelessly and that the paparazzi constantly cross boundaries when they aren’t “given the attention they demand.”
We really feel sorry for Justin constantly having negative things happening around him.
We must point out that this isn’t the first time he’s had an altercation with the paparazzi! Remember when Justin was in London and he got out of his car and had to be restrained by his bodyguards on March 8 and he said: “I’ll f**king beat the f**k out of you.” But Justin was stressed and under the weather, he was actually walking out of the hospital when this happened!
Then on May 27 2012, Justin was out with Selena Gomez in Calabasas, Calif., when photographer Jose Sarros called 911 and said that Justin’s assaulted him but we told you that he had no visible injuries and shortly after all charges were dropped.
