It appeared James Deen, 27 and former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham, 21, wanted nothing to do with each other after starring in Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom together, and later trading hateful jabs in the press. But the drama has come back to haunt James yet again after Farrah was spotted buying a pregnancy test at an LA drug store on May 7.
James revealed to Celebuzz that Farrah picking up the test — which he called a “publicity stunt” — was way out of line.
“To say you’re potentially pregnant is not something to joke about. When you knowingly involve another human being and a publicity stunt around that, a child is not something to be taken lightly,” he said to Celebuzz. “It’s not a game anymore and it’s really not cool.”
“This is a type of publicity I do not agree with and I do not want to participate in,” he added. “Joking or lying or using pregnancy to get attention and media is not cool. It involves three people’s lives including the potential unborn child. It is not a subject to just throw around.”
Farrah and James both got tested for STDs before their sex tape, and she even told HollywoodLife.com in a statement that she had used contraception before the sex tape. James says the adult film company also told him she was on the pill.
“I am more concerned about the fact that Vivid told me she was on birth control,” he says. “Had I known she was not taking preventive measures I would have never accepted the scene. When Vivid booked me for the scene I had two stipulations before I agreed – one, that she was tested in the exact same way as all the adult film stars and two, that she was on birth control,” Deen said.
But he thinks the fame surrounding Farrah after her porn tape will die down — and in the mean time, he’s waiting for it to blow over.
“I keep trying to stay out of the drama and let it pass, but it just seems like it’s one thing after the next. I don’t like drama, I avoid it like the plague. I personally think it is more hype and in time it will disappear.”
Do YOU agree with James, HollyMoms? Do you think Farrah buying the test was a publicity stunt?
