Jodi, who is currently on trial for murdering her boyfriend, has been in jail for five years, but now her voice is being heard because she’s been tweeting from behind bars!
Jodi Arias is currently facing charges for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend, Travis Alexander, 29 times and shooting him in the face. During the trial, a Twitter account with the name @jodiannarias was created, and FOX 10 News has confirmed the Twitter account belongs to Jodi!
Jodi Arias Tweets From Jail
Jodi operates the Twitter account from behind bars with the help of her close friend, Donavan Bering, according to FOX 10 News. Jodi talks to Donavan on the phone almost every evening, and tells her what to write on the Twitter account.
“She’ll call and say ‘I have a quote.’ We’ll talk about it,” Donavan reveals. “Sometimes she says ‘let’s tweet.’ And then she’ll say ‘no let’s not do it.'”
She adds, “I think it’s a way of her getting out her frustration, because she doesn’t have a chance to say much.”
Jodi Arias Slams Prosecutor From Jail On Twitter
Since starting the Twitter account, Jodi has been throwing out insults directed at her prosecutor, Juan Martinez. “Hmm… Anger Management problems anyone?” she writes. “He who tries to establish his point by much yelling shows that his reasoning is weak.”
Jodi also used the Twitter to slam Nancy Grace. When Nancy tweeted a picture of Jodi appearing to make an obscene gesture in court, Jodi responded, “Actually, Nancy, that finger was for you. Have a nice day.”
