Kardashian Siblings Suing Robert Kardashian’s Ex-Wife Over Diary
The Kardashian siblings were outraged when their stepmom sold excerpts from their late father’s alleged diary to the media. Now, the Kardashians are taking action by taking her to court!
Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Rob Kardashian have decided to take legal action against Ellen Pearson, who was married to their father Robert Kardashian, TMZ reports. The Kardashian kids claim they inherited a diary belonging to their father, and Ellen has been illegally selling personal details from the diary to the tabloids.
The Kardashians are demanding the diary and family albums be returned to them. They believe the diary belongs to their family, and that their stepmom is infringing on their copyright.
What Ellen Claims The Diary Says About The Kardashians
The alleged excerpts from the diary claim Kris Jenner was an abusive mother, and abandoned her children in the wake of her affair with Todd Waterman.
Ellen told In Touch, “These are authentic handwritten journals I have shared, that my late husband Robert Kardashian so carefully wrote during 1989 and 1990 at a most trying and touching time of his life. They are my personal possession and left them to me on his passing.”
When the details about the alleged diary were released, Khloe immediately fought back on Twitter against the false accusations.
“10yrs after my fathers passing&now that she has filed for bankruptcy… NOW she sells FALSE stories. Hope that money buys you water in hell,” Khloe wrote. “You should be hiding in shame for all of the lies you sell to tabloids!!”
