After reportedly being investigated for battery by his neighbor, a new report suggests that Justin, 19, spit in his neighbor’s face and yelled, “I’m gonna f**king kill you.”

“[Justin] hocked a loogie in the [neighbor’s] face during a heated confrontation [on March 26],” sources tell TMZ.

So what caused the alleged altercation? “Justin’s Ferrari had arrived on a flatbed truck at around 8:00 AM and Justin decided to take it for a ride in the gated community. Justin was driving insanely fast — 100 mph,” sources say.

Justin’s alleged dangerous driving reportedly angered his neighbor, a 47-year-old businessman and father of three, who chose to take matters into his own hands.

The neighbor allegedly yelled, “You can’t drive like this!”

The man reportedly told police, Justin responded by saying, “Get the f**k out of here,” and then he spit in the guy’s face and said, “I’m gonna f**king kill you.”

However, a source close to the situation tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “These claims are not true. This person was trespassing on Justin’s property while yelling at him.”

The man filed a battery report — he allegedly wants Justin prosecuted.

Could Justin’s neighbor just be trying to profit off the super famous pop star? Was it all a set up? According to a new report on Radar Online, Justin’s neighbor told friends she planned on selling photos of the singer just weeks before his alleged run-in with the 47-year-old man on March 26.

“This neighbor told people that Justin moving into the neighborhood was a chance to make money by selling photos of him,” the source said. “And that got back to Justin, who put in hedges to block the view. The neighbor also said money could be made by selling information and that the neighbor already had a direct pipeline to several media outlets.”
