Plus, the police find a body! Who killed Theresa?
Does Rebecca (Charisma Carpenter) have any allies left? Because after watching the March 5 episode of The Lying Game, I’m thinking she might finally be all alone in her plans to win back Ted (Andy Buckley). Not only did Sutton (Alexandra Chando) officially move over to the side of good, but Thayer (Christian Alexander) also stopped accusing his dad — for once — and considered that Becky might actually be behind Derek and Theresa’s deaths. And we all know there’s no tougher nut to crack than Thayer.
Even Jordan (Ryan Rottman) is now in on the twins’ secret, thanks to Mads (Alice Greczyn) deciding her step-brother could be a good asset — and not just a good ass. Thus the Lying Gang was born!
In slightly more positive news, Ted came face to face with both twins for the first time since, well, ever. Once he told Emma — who he thought was Sutton — that he’s her biological father, the girls confronted him together. Just as executive producer Chuck Pratt Jr. told me, there were a whole lot of father/daughter emotions to go around.
As for the show’s ever-complicating love triangle, Emma toyed with both of her boys’ hearts this week. After sharing a “hot” moment with Ethan (Blair Redford) — she literally spilled tea on herself after he tried to kiss her — Thayer confronted her about where they stand. She told him she wasn’t sure, crushing the hearts of #TeamThemma.
Of course, everything I just wrote about took a backseat to much bigger drama in the episode’s final moments, as the police found Theresa’s body floating in pool at the country club!
HollywoodLifers, who do you think killed Derek and Theresa: Alec, Rebecca, or a potential third suspect?
