Adrienne Maloof was reportedly axed from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after going behind the network’s back to discuss her surrogacy with a magazine, not letting the reality show have first dibs on the topic, according to RadarOnline.com
Brandi Glanville was the first to reveal to cast members a few months back that Adrienne had used a surrogate to deliver her two six-year-old sons. At the request of Adrienne and her lawyers, Bravo’s producers edited out all talks about the topic, only to have Adrienne open up and talk about the subject with a tabloid magazine, the website claims.
“I would think Brandi, being a single mother, would have a heart and understand my feelings, where I’m coming from,” Adrienne told Life & Style magazine just weeks after she forced Bravo to edit all mentions of the issue. She further explains to the mag that she and her husband planned on telling the children that she was not their biological birth mother sometime in the future, but only when they were old enough to understand. “Brandi took away something so precious from our family,” Adrienne added.
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Adrienne, 51, confirmed she was leaving the show on her personal blog Mar. 4.
“To my loyal fans…It was time to exit RHOBH. The show served as a wonderful platform for all the amazing projects that I have in the works. I am forever grateful to my fans, thank you for your support, and stay tuned! xoxoA.”
Sound off, HollywoodLifers. Do you think Adrienne was fired?
