If you’re getting ready for Super Bowl Sunday 2013, make sure you have all the right info! Read on, to learn all the specifics surrounding this year’s big game — including who’s playing, start time, and why this year’s game has been dubbed the “Harbowl”.

Super Bowl XLVII will be the first Super Bowl matchup featuring opposing head coaches who also happen to be brothers (how do you like that for sibling rivalry?). The Baltimore Ravens’ head coach, John Harbaugh, will be competing against his brother, Jim Harbaugh, the San Francisco 49ers’ head coach. Due to this never-before-seen matchup between brothers, this year’s big game has been nicknamed the “Harbaugh Bowl,” the “Harbowl,” the “SuperBaugh,” and the “Brothers Bowl“.

2013 Super Bowl Teams: San Francisco 49ers Vs. Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens will be competing for their second Super Bowl title, while the San Francisco 49ers are going for their sixth Super Bowl win in team history. This matchup is particularly interesting, because the winner will become the NFL’s only remaining team to have played in multiple Super Bowl games without losing one.

Super Bowl National Anthem & Halftime Show Details

Alicia Keys will be singing the national anthem at the 2013 Super Bowl. In addition, the Sandy Hook Elementary School chorus will perform “America the Beautiful,” before the kickoff. As for this year’s Super Bowl halftime show, the Associated Press announced earlier in January that Beyoncé Knowles will be the headline performer. It has also been rumored that Jay-Z and a reunited Destiny’s Child may perform in collaboration with Beyoncé.
