Rick’s birthday celebration turned sour, when the 37-year-old rapper was allegedly shot at by an unidentified gunman on Jan. 28.
Rick Ross was involved in a car accident on his birthday, Jan. 28, when a gunman opened fire on the rapper and his female passenger. Luckily, no one was wounded, but hours before the shooting and subsequent car accident, Rick was tweeting about smoking and drinking at LIV nightclub in Miami, where he was celebrating his birthday.
Rick first tweeted on Jan. 27, “Lotta $$$$ in CLUB LIV TONIGHT.” His drink of choice? Based off a photo he tweeted, it appeared to be Ciroc Rozay, which consists of 1 oz. of Ciroc vodka, 1 oz. of white grape juice and topped off with champagne.
Rick seemed to “celebrate” by “smok[ing] one,” and then, “3 blunts lit at once,” he said on Twitter.
Rick was driving the Rolls-Royce when it crashed, but police are not claiming that any use of drugs or alcohol led to the car accident.
