‘Chasing The Saturdays’ is E!’s hottest new show about a British girl band who is trying to break into the tough US market. Will they succeed?

Frankie Sandford, Mollie King, Una Healy, Vanessa White and Rochelle Humes make up The Saturdays — the UK’s hottest girl group. They have gotten a glimpse of One Direction‘s state-side fame, and they want a taste! In their new reality show Chasing The Saturdays, which will air on E! on Jan. 20, the girls are attempting to break in in America. And Rochelle tells EXCLUSIVELY that the show will be full of “drama, drama and more drama” because “we are 5 girls — it’s only natural.” Sounds exciting!

The Saturdays have eleven Top 10 singles in the UK and three Top 10 albums, but now the fab five are ready for their next challenge, as they take the USA by storm to work on their highly anticipated fourth album, and the E! cameras will be documenting their attempts. The girls are ready to work for it!

The new series focuses on the band taking up residence in Los Angeles, where they will live, work and play together as they attempt to create the same success they have in the UK in the USA. As soon as the girls arrive in their new home, they immediately head into the recording studio to begin working on their album — the first to be released internationally.

In this series, fans will see The Saturdays shoot their first US video called “What About Us,” which features Sean Paul, and while the girls want state-side success, it doesn’t come without sacrifices. Will cracking the elusive American market be as easy as the girls hope? It looks like it’s going to be a good series!

Chasing The Saturdays debuts on Jan. 20 at 10pm ET/PT, after Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Will you be tuning in for Chasing The Saturdays?
