It was a week of big reveals, and even bigger breakups. This is why I avoid conventions.

Annie (Shenae Grimes) added another notch to her bad-boyfriend bedpost on the Nov. 18 episode of 90210, as Colin (Rob Mayes) revealed himself to be Max and Alec’s rival software developer. And the most tragic part of all? Annie had to watch all the drama unfold while dressed as a dumpy little elf.

But Annie’s day wasn’t a total bust. After ending things with Colin, she ran straight to Riley (Riley Smith), who was waiting for her with open wheels. I mean arms! Sorry, I promised I wouldn’t make any wheelchair jokes this week. Maybe next time.

All of this went down at Phenomi-con, where Max and Alec were supposed to debut their cutting-edge video game. Instead, the nerd-fest marked the end of their partnership, as Naomi (AnnaLegend McCord) made her hubby choose between them. Given the fact that Naomi was fully decked out in Princess Leia’s gold bikini, I’ll give you one guess who Max picked.

Corporate Betrayers:

The convention didn’t go to well for Liam (Matt Lanter) either, as Navid (Michael Steger Jr.) arranged for his sex tape with Lindsay to play at the Corporate Invaders 2 preview screening. Side note: At the rate Liam is cranking out these Corporate Invaders movies, is it safe to assume they’re God-awful? Because I’d still totally watch them. I’m sure they’re better than Twilight.

Anyway, Lindsay was irrationally upset about the sex tape and declared that her teaching career was now over — for some reason. This made Liam extra weepy, especially now that he doesn’t have his long lovely bangs with which to dry his tears. He bought Navid’s share of the Offshore and told him to GTFO before he kicked his ass, which I kind of would have loved to see.

Adrianna remains the worst ever:

Adrianna’s (Jessica Lowndes) little affair took an unexpected turn this week. After she snuck away to hook up with Taylor (Wes Brown) — twice, if my Sesame Street counting skills serve me correctly — he gave her an ultimatum: break up with Dixon (Tristan Wilds) or stop seeing him on the side.

As if Ade didn’t feel bad enough about herself, which is pretty fair since she’s a big ol’ slut, she returned home to find Dixon lying on the ground. It turns out he stopped taking his pain meds — remember when he was addicted to ADHD pills? — and is going to be stuck in the hospital for a few days.

What did you think of this week’s 90210? Are you glad Annie is finally giving Riley a shot? Do you think Naomi and Max’s marriage will last? Drop me a comment with your reaction to the episode!
