‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ stars reached a custody agreement on Oct. 8, but the father of three won’t stop fighting until he gets equal custody of his boys.
Dr. Paul Nassif and estranged wife Adrienne Maloof came to a temporary custody agreement out of court on Oct. 5 for their sons, Gavin, 9, and twins Colin and Christian, 6. But the plastic surgeon is not satisfied with his cut of the deal, and is preparing to strike back in court for joint custody.
A judge awarded the businesswoman primary custody of their three boys, and they will stay with their mom every week day and every other weekend. Paul is allowed visitation on the weekends when they are not with their mother.
But her is not giving up without a fight. The doctor is “getting his ducks in a row” to fight any allegations against him, a source told TMZ.
The source also said Paul plans to head back to court in January to fight for 50/50 custody.
Adrienne accused Paul of choking and hitting her sons in court on Sept. 19, and Paul underwent an investigation by child protective services the next week. They did not find evidence of abuse.
